ENGR. CELSO ANDAL SALAZAR, REE
Mr. Salazar is a registered electrical engineer, and he completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering at the Mapua Institute of Technology - Manila in 1989. Currently, he serves as the president and CEO of Poleman Metal Structural Corporation, Poleman Energy Systems Corporation, and Caswynn Corporation.
In addition to his professional achievements, Engr. Salazar has also contributed to public service, holding important managerial positions in the country's foremost regulator for electrification. He served in this office for 1989 to 2003. During his time in the government, he served as the Division Chief of Construction Management Division, Division Chief of Materials Control & Evaluation Section, and Senior Engineer at the National Electrification Administration (NEA).
